Our subscriptions come with a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you can get a refund within 30 days of making the initial purchase, no questions asked. Recurring payments are non-refundable.
- If the subscription is canceled during the refund period, the service is stopped when the refund is granted.
- If the subscription is canceled after the refund period, the service will continue for the duration of the paid subscription term and will not be automatically renewed.
When a project comes with a mandatory care or hosting plan, the first term is mandatory, included at no additional charge, and not subject to the subscription refund policy. If you choose to continue the subscription after the free mandatory term, the second term is essentially the initial purchase and therefore subject to the subscription refund policy.
Unused hours that have not expired are refundable. The refund amount is calculated as the difference between the paid sum and the sum that would have been paid if the refunded hours hadn’t been purchased to begin with.
Expired hours are non-refundable. Unused hours expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
Used hours are non-refundable.
Please note that any additional services, custom work, or technical support are non-refundable as our time cannot be recovered. That includes down payments, payments based on milestones, payments made on delivery, and any other unspecified payments.
Additional refund terms may be specified in the proposal or contract.
