* Note that due to the way Elementor Pro’s licensing works, we can only make this license available to you if we take an active role in working on your website. The alternatives are to get your own professional license, use the free Elementor, or use a different page builder.

What Happens If You Leave #

We’re always sad when customers leave our service but we never hold your website or your data hostage!

If you ever decide to leave, the premium license will be disabled but the page builder will continue to work. If your website uses widgets or other features only available on a paid license, those features may stop working. It varies by page builder and they’re sometimes inconsistent, so you should test it first to see what happens when the license is disabled.

Disabling the license means that you won’t get updates and support for the page builder, so if a new version comes out with new features or bug fixes, you won’t be able to get it. You can always get your own license to resume updates and support, which will typically cost about 50-100 USD per year, though the prices vary and there are both cheaper and more expensive page builders.
