Laws and regulations that could affect your business and your website are changing all the time. The legal climate is placing more and more responsibility on the business behind the website. You could be held liable for having an outdated policy, or even for not having a policy at all.
What Is Termageddon? #
Termageddon is a professional legal policy generator that keeps your policies up-to-date.
You answer straightforward questions about your business and it creates your legal policies. Then you add the policies to your website and Termageddon updates them when the relevant laws and regulations change.
A single Termageddon license subscription gives you all of these legal policies:
- Privacy Policy
- Terms and Conditions
- Disclaimer
- End User License Agreement (EULA)
When your visitors look at the policies on your website, they always see the most recent version, usually without any intervention on your part.
Perks #
We’ve partnered with Termageddon to bring their license generator as a perk for our customers.
As partners, we are able to provide customers on our hosting and care plans a 30% discount off the price of a monthly or annual subscription.
- Get a Monthly Termageddon license subscription for 7 USD per month
- Get an Annual Termageddon license subscription for 70 USD per year (you basically get 2 free months)
Note that these subscriptions are subject to these terms.
Editing Legal Policies #
When you get a Termageddon license subscription through us, we’ll help you set up a license, answer the questions, and properly add the policies to your website.
We’re not lawyers, so if you have legal questions that we can’t answer, you can always ask for support directly from Termageddon. We can also grant your lawyer, if you want and the lawyer is willing, direct access to Termageddon so that the lawyer can help answer the questions and prepare the policies.
Caveats #
Termageddon is not yet available in all jurisdictions. To quote from their website:
Termageddon is currently available for businesses formed in the United States, Canada or the United Kingdom.
If you need a different set of policies (e.g., GDPR) or operate in jurisdictions that Termageddon doesn’t support yet, we recommend taking a look at GetTerms.io, another legal policy generator we’ve used successfully. It’s not as comprehensive as Termageddon and doesn’t get updated automatically, but it provides what we believe is a good starting point for many of our customers.
We recommend consulting your lawyer before using or publishing any legal documents on your website, including policies created by legal policy generators.
